DriversHub provides access to digital products, membership services, platform features, and online opportunities immediately after a successful account activation. Due to the nature of these digital services, all activation fees, membership payments, and upgrade payments are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

By making any payment on DriversHub, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make the same payment more than once for a single activation or transaction, DriversHub may approve a refund for the duplicate payment after successful verification.

To process a duplicate payment refund, DriversHub may request any of the following:

  • Payment receipt or transaction reference.
  • Date and time of payment.
  • Your registered DriversHub account details.
  • Any additional information required for verification.

3. Refund Method

Once a refund request has been approved, DriversHub may process the refund using any method considered appropriate by the company.

Depending on the circumstances, refunds may be:

  • Returned to the original payment method, where possible.
  • Credited directly to your DriversHub Wallet.
  • Processed using another payment method determined by DriversHub.

Members acknowledge that, in some situations, approved refunds may be credited to their DriversHub Wallet instead of being returned directly to their bank account or original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

Except in cases of verified duplicate payments or where required by applicable law, the following payments are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Membership activation fees.
  • Membership upgrade payments.
  • Subscription or service charges.
  • Referral-related transactions.
  • Payments made after digital services or platform access have been provided.
  • Payments made due to selecting the wrong plan or changing your mind after activation.

5. Fraud Prevention

DriversHub reserves the right to reject any refund request where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, false claims, unauthorized account access, payment disputes, chargeback misuse, or any attempt to manipulate the platform's payment system.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable period after successful verification. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or other third-party financial service providers.

DriversHub shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or other external financial institutions.

7. Changes to this Policy

DriversHub reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
