1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, activating any membership plan, or using DriversHub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. DriversCoin Rewards

DriversHub rewards active members with DriversCoin for participating in eligible engagement activities available on the platform. Such activities may include viewing advertisements, sharing promotional campaigns, commenting on approved news articles, and completing other tasks introduced by DriversHub from time to time.

DriversCoin is a digital reward point issued by DriversHub to recognize member participation. It is currently not yet publicly launched as a standalone digital asset, but activated members are still eligible to redeem their accumulated DriversCoin.

Every 29th day of each month, DriversHub reviews the company's monthly advertising revenue and overall business performance. Based on the revenue generated during that month, the company determines the DriversCoin redemption value available to members.

Eligible members may redeem their DriversCoin for cash, airtime, mobile data, or other rewards made available by DriversHub. The redemption value is not fixed and may increase, decrease, or vary depending on monthly platform revenue, advertiser demand, operating expenses, the number of active members, and the total DriversCoin submitted for redemption.

Accumulating DriversCoin does not guarantee a specific monetary value, as redemption is determined solely by DriversHub based on monthly business performance.

3. Affiliate Programme

DriversHub rewards members who introduce new users to the platform. Referral commissions become payable only after the referred member successfully registers, activates an eligible membership plan, and satisfies all applicable platform requirements.

4. 30-Day Referral Cookie Policy

Every referral link generated by DriversHub carries a 30-day tracking cookie.

If someone registers and activates their account within thirty (30) days after clicking your referral link, you will receive the full referral commission applicable to the membership plan they purchased.

If the referred member activates their account after the thirty (30) day tracking period has expired, the referral will no longer qualify for the full commission because the referral cookie has expired.

However, DriversHub may, at its sole discretion, reward the referring member with a partial commission in recognition of introducing the customer to the platform. The amount of any partial commission shall be determined solely by DriversHub and may vary based on the company's referral policies and business considerations.

5. No Guaranteed Earnings

DriversHub provides advertising engagement opportunities and referral rewards. Earnings, commissions, DriversCoin values, and redemption amounts are not guaranteed and may vary based on advertiser demand, platform revenue, task availability, member participation, and overall business performance.

6. Prohibited Activities

Members must not create multiple accounts, use fake identities, generate artificial engagement, employ automated software, manipulate referral systems, or engage in any fraudulent activity. DriversHub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found violating these rules and may withhold any pending rewards or commissions.

7. Amendments

DriversHub reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Acceptance

By registering, activating your account, or continuing to use DriversHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the DriversCoin reward system, monthly redemption policy, referral cookie policy, and all other applicable platform rules.
